Lot of work on Portal SOAP services. Now 5 functions are exported:

* getAttributes(cookieValue)
* getConfig()
* getCookies(user,password)
* error(code,language)
* newNotification(xml)
WSDL is up to date but getConfig is not documented since it's a Lemonldap::NG internal service.
