a91d61eb99 LEMONLDAP::NG : the manager now can be protected directly (like session explorer) by setting : 
* "protection => 'manager'"
		* or "protection => 'rule: $uid eq "admin"'
                * or "protection => 'authenticate'
                It inherits from Lemonldap::NG::Handler::CGI
                -> little bug in this module
